We Ship via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, AWS, CHINA POST, YUN EXPRESS & Mores.

* We upload valid tracking numbers to our customers accounts and email them after shipping the package. If you did not get a tracking number or a valid tracking number. 

* PLEASE BE MINDFUL - We do ship items in multiple shipments to speed up the process of getting your items.

1.) First check your invoice number. Everyday Deals ® invoice number starts with #72800  if your invoice number is different sorry you did not buy from us. Recently a SCAM Chinese company with invoice #'s starting with #EDS has been illegally infringing our registered trademarks and using our company banners. If you bought from them we cannot help you. They are NOT associated with our company in any way.

2.) Everyday Deals ® sends its customers an email with a tracking link. Simply check your email from us and CLICK the link. This will bring you directly to the proper tracking page. If the link is not working you can also use the links down below.

3.) If your item is shipped from the US you can track it via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX

Questions.

Why is my tracking stuck?

This is completely normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update (the package(s) are on shipping containers in the middle of the ocean).  

Tracking shows never picked up?

If for any reason the package shows never picked up. Please go to our contact us page and choose how to contact us. 

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 2hrs of ordering. 

If you want to cancel contact us directly before 2 hour period is up. see contact us

If your order is already assigned a tracking number, it has already been sent out and we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it. We may not be able to cancel it even if theirs no tracking if its past the 2 hr mark.
